Who gives the Massages & what massage qualification do they have?
Heavenly Holistic’s Office Massage / Reiki Therapist Miss Ronnie Burgess is fully insured and certified in the following treatments:

What are your Office Massage rates?

Why use Office Massage?
Companies that have regular massages at work for their staff know it enhances and improves their employees' overall performance - and they are aware of the other benefits Office Massage brings from looking after and appreciating their employees.

Office massage is designed to relieve physical and mental stress within a company. It is also a cost-effective way to boost morale and increase your organizations productivity in the UK.

How long is recommended for each massage?
Office massage typically takes 10 minutes per massage but you can choose, 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes.

How often should we book you?
Usually companies book a massage therapist to visit the office and stay there all day, once a month or fortnightly. It also depends on how many people in the company. Having said this, Heavenly Holistic is happy to visit your office for a minimum of 2 hours at a time if you are a small company or a day just isn’t feasible.

What type of massage is it?
We provide a few different treatments; one of which is based on the ancient Chinese acupressure massage called Tuina; a traditional Japanese Zen Shiatsu Massage. This massage allows the therapist to focus on the muscles in the back neck, shoulders, as these are the areas that often cause problems for people who sit at a desk or use a computer keyboard. There is no undressing needed as the On Site Massage therapist massages through the clothes, and there are no messy oils.

Another massage is more traditional; deep tissue over-the-clothes massage. Again, this massage targets the upper body (back, neck and shoulders) to release tension and prevent headaches, head colds and the accumulation of toxins in the body’s merdian network.

The Reiki Treatment is also an over-clothes therapy. Reiki is a Japanese energy-balancing and de-stressing technique that also stimulates the body’s natural self-healing ability. Reiki treatments can offer you a wonderful way to truly relax and can also provide so much more, by helping to heal your body on all levels: physical, emotional and spiritual. Reiki can enable your body to flush out toxins and unblock any area in need of a deep cleanse.
